Hands-On Lab

The Hands-On Lab will give you and your lover/partner/friend time to practice:

  • Communication Exercises: asking for what you want & desire
  • Breathing Exercises: to create safe space with your partner, sink into your body and begin to relax
  • Massage Techniques for buttocks, thighs and lower back: this helps release tension and start the process of getting acquainted with the lower half of the male body
  • Using gloves & lube and discussing fun toys for solo and partnered play: a must when doing any kind of anal massage & prostate play
  • *Optional* for those who want to practice it is optional to do anal massage/prostate play with your partner.  Anya & Charlie can offer support and guidance and answer questions during this part of the evening.


Will show all of the above as well as anal massage techniques for relaxation and pleasure and prostate massage for Bigger & Better Os!

It is also great instruction for individuals who are interested in connecting with others or a couple.

Since there will be a lot of exercises and the PAD Lab where you will get to try this all out on each other we ask that you come in an already planned group of 3 (ie: a couple and a friend, or 3 friends) or you are open to working with whomever is there! Come with an open mind for lots of fun!

Philippe and Paget are married and have been in an open relationship for the better part of 10 years. They teach an coach couples and individuals around relationships, intimacy, sensuality and sexuality — and more particularly around open relationshps, polyamory and non-monogamy. They are the founders of the Open Relationship Community in the Bay Area (and the world) (, a community of over 3000 people coming together to cultivate a safe place for people who are curious about or living in open/poly/non-monogamous relationships in order to create a commonwealth of support and wisdom.

Anya de Montigny is a Sexuality Expert & Radio Show Host of The ((O)) Word Sex Talk Radio who believes that each person has a unique sexuality that is totally perfect for them. Because of the conditioning and training a lot of us have around sexuality we sometimes don’t know how to communicate our desires, set boundaries, or even know what turns us on. This is where Anya’s years of training in Sex Education and Clinical and Somatic Sexology comes in. She helps people identify what they want and empowers them to get it! She works with women and couples in private practice and teaches workshops throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.
