Embodied Sexuality with Amy Jo Goddard (7:30pm, Tuesday, 10/9)

What does it mean to really embody your sexuality, hold it close and express it in everything you do? We’ll discuss what embodied sexuality means, why it’s empowering, and we’ll use movement, breath, play and partnered activities to bring it home so you own it in every cell of your gorgeous body. You will practice and walk away with concrete tools for overcoming your own blocks, staying sexually embodied, and connecting to your sexuality everyday. This is a fun, juicy, active class! Come play with us!

Note: Please bring a blanket/towel/sarong. 

Biography:

Amy Jo Goddard is a sexual empowerment coach, author, and sexuality educator. She is founder of SPECTRA, a mentorship program to help sexuality professionals make more money doing the sexuality work they are passionate about. As a David Neagle Certified Miracle of Money coach, Amy Jo helps women and couples create financial abundance, sexual pleasure and create the relationships and lives they desire.
