The “Art of Loving” gives couples the knowledge and skills to create an intentional partnership. The workshops are experiential, interactive and psycho-educational, not therapy.
Couples enhance and enrich their relationship by learning the Art of Loving Spiral and complete couple exercises that will:
- Build Love Maps
- Develop Turning Towards
- Express Fondness and Admiration
- Manage Conflict
- Share Meaning
- Engage in Rituals of Connection
- Couples learn to weave positivity into their everyday lives for a happy, stable and sustaining relationship.
