The world is full of dangers, right alongside the myriad pleasures of life. The good news is that a lot of these potential problems can be headed off, if you just have the right information. Kathleen Hunt is an estate planning attorney and a board member of the Center for Sex and Culture; Dylan Miles is a San Francisco mediator and a family law attorney. Together, they will provide you with the necessary knowledge about such preventative tools as wills and trusts, advance health care directives, preventative mediation, guardianship nominations, pre-nuptial agreements, adoption, co-habitation contracts, and more.
