Jeweler and assemblage artist Ruby Pearl is known for her Pussy Boxes (sculpt your own pussy and make a lavish home for it in a box or other container) and her outrageous Altered Barbies -- sexed-up versions of the iconic toy -- that are annual attractions at the Altered Barbie Show. Come to the Center for Sex & Culture to spend a day making art with Ruby, who'll teach you how to sculpt a vulva and create your very own portable art box/altar -- a perfect Valentine's gift for someone special, or especially for you. Ruby will help you unlock your erotically-charged creativity and your fearlessly crafty self!

Some materials provided; you are encouraged to bring your own box if you like or purchase one from Ruby. Additionally please bring anything that might make a box more personal like photos, keepsakes, images from magazines, bits of lace or fabric. (Ruby will bring lots of stuff like that to play with, but wants you to have the option of more personal things as well.)
