Liberating O: D/s and Romance

Ira and Nina don't just talk, teach, and make erotic culture featuring kinky themes; Ira, editor of Taboo magazine, and Hartley, sex educator and longtime porn superstar, are a real-life couple whose relationship incorporates D/s play. They bring their expertise about D/s in the context of long-term relationships to the Center for Sex & Culture for the inaugural lecture in CSC's Twisted Heart series (presented in collaboration with the local organizing committee of the Leather Leadership Conference). To make a D/s romance last, a couple must find their own sources of compatibility -- and to keep it hot, must then understand how negotiations, and sometimes desires, preferences and fantasies, change over time. Ira and Nina will cover the relationship between two committed partners and will also talk about the whens and hows of playing with others.
